The FCC Farmland Values Report just came out for the 2018 season. Ted believes that this is the most relevant report on farmland values for the year!
Noteworthy were the following points:
- Canadian farmland values rose 6.6% in Canada in 2018, down from the 8.4% increase in 2017.
- Saskatchewan farmland values rose faster than the national average increasing by 7.4% throughout the same time frame. Saskatchewan farmland values are increasing slower than the 2017 increase of 10.2%.
