In the first four months of 2026 we have supported our clients buy/sell over $98,000,000 in farmland, and farmland infrastructure!

We supported one farm family with an acquisition of approximately $70,000,000. This is the largest grain land sale in SK history, that we are aware of.

We supported another farm family purchase a 10,000-acre ranch. We represented both the Buyer and Seller on this sale making it twice as much fun!

We also supported another farmer acquire a 2,600-acre grain farm with substantial infrastructure. We have been working with this Buyer for many years and over time we have built him his dream farm operation!
