Some of my extraordinary services:

• I have a drone that takes high definition video of my listings from the air. Because many of my buyers purchase the land sight unseen this adds tremendous value and reassurance to the Buyers. This high quality video helps Buyers see areas of the property that may not be accessible during winter months, after heavy rains etc.
• I can and will educate you on the current market situation, local crops and farming practices in the area(s) you are looking at, agronomy and quality of soil, local rental rates, and anything else that you need to know.
• If required, I will put you in contact with a Saskatchewan lawyer who specializes in land transactions.
• I can put you in contact with lenders who are accustomed to working with farm land transactions.
• If you are not farming the land yourself I can help you find a tenant, and assist you in getting a lease agreement in place.
• Explain the benefits of a Buyers Brokerage Contract for certain scenarios.
• Staying in frequent communication with you via emails, phone calls and face to face meetings. I will keep you updated on my progress throughout our search.
• I have an assistant who supports me with administrative duties. This allows me more time for extraordinary customer service and to be working directly on finding you the perfect property.
• My work ethic was installed in me at an early age on our family farm. I am available when you need me and I always get the job at hand completed in a timely and efficient manner. I am here to serve you.
