This package includes 9 quarters of grain land.

Three quarters are rented out for the 2024 crop year, there is no ROFR from the tenant.

The land that is not rented out is being chemfallowed this year and will be in great shape to seed any crop on in the 2025 season. (NE-01-13-22-W2, SE-01-13-22-W2, SE-06-13-21-W2, SW-18-13-21-W2, NW-30-12-21-W2, SE-31-12-21-W2)

There are 2 grain bins which belong to the tenant and will be removed at the tenant’s expense in the summer of 2024.
