The Cawkwell Group Connections program is a way for clients, REALTORS®, and professional partners to connect us with farm families or individuals who are considering buying or selling farmland.
Your introduction helps us grow Saskatchewan’s farming future — and we show our gratitude with meaningful thank-you gifts or charitable donations.

Anyone who knows a farmer, landowner, or agricultural professional considering a farmland transaction can make a referral, including:

  • Current or past clients
  • REALTOR® partners (brokerage-to-brokerage referrals)
  • Professional service providers, such as accountants, ag lenders, lawyers, or insurance brokers

We’re looking for warm introductions to people considering buying or selling farmland in Saskatchewan or surrounding regions.
We also welcome referrals from agents who may have farm clients but don’t specialize in farmland sales.

Referrals are built on trust. When you introduce us to someone, you’re helping ensure they receive professional, discreet, and knowledgeable support throughout their farmland journey — while strengthening Saskatchewan’s farm community.

Our team will:

  • Reach out promptly and discreetly to the person you referred.
  • Keep you informed of progress where appropriate.
  • Send you a thank-you gift for introductions that lead to a meeting and a premium gift or charitable donation when a successful transaction closes.

Yes. We handle all introductions with transparency and discretion.
You can choose whether to personally introduce us or have our team mention your name when we reach out.

For REALTOR® partners, referral fees are paid brokerage-to-brokerage under a written referral agreement, following industry standards and regulations.
For clients and other professional partners, there is no cash payment — instead, we offer meaningful thank-you gifts or charitable donations as a token of our appreciation.

We offer two levels of appreciation:
Tier 1 – Meeting Gift:
A small token, such as a branded YETI mug, for referrals that lead to a first meeting.

Tier 2 – Transaction Gift:
A premium gift or charitable donation once a farmland transaction successfully closes.
Examples include:

  • Charitable donations to organizations like Children’s Miracle Network, Agriculture in the Classroom, Tree Canada, Humane Canada, or charitable organisation of your choice
  • Branded premium items like YETI coolers or Carhartt outerwear
  • Experience-based rewards, such as farm show tickets or special dinners

Absolutely. Many of our referral partners prefer a charitable donation in their name to support local farm families and agricultural causes.

Yes. Our program follows all Saskatchewan real estate and brokerage rules.

  • Client thank-you gifts are framed as tokens of appreciation, not inducements.
  • REALTOR® referrals are handled brokerage-to-brokerage through formal agreements.

We treat every referral with the highest level of confidentiality.
Their personal details are only used for the purpose of connecting with them about farmland buying or selling opportunities, and never shared outside our team.

Yes, please ensure you have the individual’s consent before sharing their details with us.
This protects their privacy and helps us begin the relationship on a foundation of trust.
