I recently sat down with Mike Ciona at CTV to talk about one of the most common conversations I have with farmers – exploring the idea of selling, before making any decisions.

What I will tell you is this: the earlier you call, the better we can do for you. Tax planning, legal structuring, marketing strategy… there is a lot that goes into a successful sale, and a longer runway makes a real difference.
