The 2025 FCC Farmland Values Report has just been released, and for many in our industry, this is the “holy grail” of farmland values data in Canada!

Saskatchewan’s farmland values were up 9.4% which is a great increase!

I was interviewed today about what my thoughts were on the strong increase in 2025 values, and how that correlates with what he has been hearing about a “softer market”.  I explained to the reporter that the shift in the marketplace has been in recent months and that these recent changes are not reflected in this 2025 report.
