I find it challenging to explain to people how different working with the Cawkwell Group is compared to working with other Realtors. When I tell people that I spend approximately $600,000 a year on items like paying our world class team, doing extensive marketing to support them they often shrug and don’t get excited. When you compare this to most Realtors who spend approximately $10,000-$20,000 per year we truly are comparing apples to oranges.

We do things at an exponentially higher level but it is really hard to explain the difference to someone who has not worked with us before. You must experience it to understand it.

Because I often struggle to explain the Cawkwell Group difference I have decided to let you hear it directly from the people who have worked with us. “Straight from the horse’s mouth” as my Grandpa used to say!

Over the next few months, I am going to share video testimonials with you from Buyers, Sellers, farmers, and non farmers. I will give you a variety of men and women and be sure to give you as much variety as I can.
